Job summary

Clarks Horsham is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales performance in a busy high-street location.

You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory and cash handling, recruit and develop staff, and monitor KPIs to maximise profitability. A proven retail leadership track record and flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
