Job summary

Quintessential Brands UK Group Ltd is seeking a highly organised Full Load Planner in Foston to join the busy Transport team. You will coordinate daily transport operations, ensuring vehicle and driver resources are used efficiently while maintaining high customer service and regulatory compliance.

The role requires planning skills, strong IT capability with MS Office, and the ability to work with drivers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning or fleet planning roles within logistics.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate transport operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of transport legislation and driver regulations preferred.
• Experience with transport management systems (TMS) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily transport operations to maximise fleet utilisation and efficiency.

Full Load Planner

Foston Salary: £35,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (40 hours per week)

Join Our Transport Team

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Full Load Planner to join our busy Transport team based in Foston. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced transport professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys coordinating operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of services.

Due to the location of our site, applicants must have access to their own vehicle.

About the Role

As a Full Planner, you will play a key role in the day-to-day planning and coordination of transport operations. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicle and driver resources are utilised effectively while maintaining excellent customer service levels and compliance with transport regulations.

Working closely with drivers, customers, and the wider operations team, you will help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily transport operations to maximise fleet utilisation and efficiency.
• Monitor vehicle movements and proactively manage any operational disruptions.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure service requirements are met.

• Maintain accurate transport records and planning documentation.
