Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our Fulfilment Centres, ensuring safety, quality and productivity across shifts. In this hands‑on role, you’ll analyse performance and drive improvements to meet customer demands.

You’ll work with peers to standardise shift processes, support daily operational tasks and maintain a strong team culture while focusing on safety and efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Experience in data analysis.
• A degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team while handling administrative tasks and building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
