Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an FC Lead to be the first point of contact for shift teams within our Fulfilment Centre operations.

You will monitor performance, ensure adherence to processes, and support the Shift/Area Manager with planning and improvements across the shift. You will train and supervise team members, drive safety and quality standards, and work with other departments to solve issues related to KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, writing and reading.
• Experience using data analytics and metrics to identify problems.
• Experience managing stakeholders and building professional relationships.
• Experience in an operational environment such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance and share shift information with frontline management.
• Support and train employees, supervise daily tasks, and enforce safety and quality processes.
• Assist Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes and increase workforce engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and support needs across KPIs.
• Use data to identify opportunities to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and provide direction as the most senior person on shift when needed.
