Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton, Bristol, offers a year-long student placement to design and conduct tests on fuel and landing gear avionics test benches and to support flight test analysis activities.

You will join the Fuel Systems Test Analysis team, collaborating across Europe on lab, rig and flight testing, and data analytics, while benefiting from a hybrid work setup and structured mentorship.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. C, Python, TCL, Matlab, Google Apps Script).
• Able to work well in a team and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and conduct tests on fuel and landing gear avionics test benches.
• Support flight test analysis activities and documentation.
• Collaborate across European teams to ensure alignment in test programs.
• Develop and apply data analytics tools to monitor test results.
