Shift: Full time (39 hours), 5 over 7 days including weekend and bank holiday working

What we’re looking for...
We are looking for someone reliable and self-motivated to join the small but crucial team at Stroud Depot as a Bus Fueller Shunter Cleaner. The Engineering team is responsible for keeping our bus operation running smoothly, 24 hours a day, from vehicle servicing to fuelling and cleaning.

What will I be doing?

• Fuelling, cleaning and parking buses ready for the following day
• Deep cleaning buses, including chassis and steam cleaning
• Garage duties such as cleaning and sweeping our workshop and work bays, cleaning and painting wheels, and collecting bus parts from one of our other local depots
• Yard maintenance duties such as litter picking, weeding and painting
• Depending on your experience and abilities you could be asked to carry out further basic site maintenance tasks

What do you need to apply?

• You will hold a full current car driving license
• Right to Work in the UK
• A willingness to learn and be part of a small but crucial team
• Be able to work both as a team and independently when required
• Experience operating larger vehicles or equipment would be advantageous, but not required, as training will be provided
