Job summary

Ceres is a global leader in solid oxide technology and is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to join the production team. You will operate various manufacturing processes, follow detailed instructions, weigh and record data, and perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet stringent standards.

You will also help maintain material stocks and support continuous improvement with R&D and Engineering teams, while upholding Health and Safety requirements across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Following detailed work instructions to manufacture fuel cells.
• Weighing and recording data accurately.
• Performing in-process quality checks and reporting non-conformances.
• Maintaining adequate stocks of raw materials and supporting continuous improvement with R&D and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of manufacturing processes under controlled conditions to meet quality standards.
• Carrying out visual inspections against quality standards and executing quality control actions as outlined in control plans.
• Reporting non-conformances to the line manager and taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
