Job Description:

FireTV Channels (FTVC) BD is looking for a talented, self-starting BD to join the team. This person will have two primary objectives. First, this person will be the Creator expert in the UK/EU. This responsibility involves working with digital agencies, talent managers, and creative talent directly, educating them on the FTVC opportunity. The person will provide feedback to the FTVC Product team on tools (e.g., a self-service portal for publishers) and policies (e.g., content moderation and takedown). They will collaborate with the US FTVC BDs focused on Creators. Second, this person will be the FTVC evangelist in the UK/EU. As the sole FTVC-focused team member in the region, they will own FTVC mechanisms and provide support to CAPE BDs, working with traditional media companies like BBC and ARD. Looking ahead to 2026, they will help scale BD mechanisms as FTVC expands to FRITES and beyond.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Create a prioritization framework for Creators in UK and DE
  • Execute agreements with and onboard 10 Creators in UK and DE
  • Author a 'State of Creators' document reflecting EU Creator Sentiment and Expectations by EOY
  • Assist with FTVC GTM strategy for UK and DE
  • Own tracking mechanisms with UK and DE CAPE BDs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a professional field or military
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
