DESCRIPTION

FireTV Channels (FTVC) BD is seeking a talented, self-starting Business Development (BD) professional to join the team. This role has two primary objectives:

  1. Creator Expert in UK/EU: Collaborate with digital agencies, talent managers, and creative talent to educate them about FTVC opportunities. Provide feedback to the FTVC Product team on tools and policies related to creators. Work closely with US FTVC BDs focused on creators.
  2. FTVC Evangelist in UK/EU: As the sole FTVC-focused team member in the region, own FTVC mechanisms, support CAPE BDs, and work with traditional media companies like BBC and ARD. Contribute to scaling BD mechanisms as FTVC expands to other regions like FRITES by 2026.
Key job responsibilities
  • Create a prioritization framework for Creators in UK and DE.
  • Onboard and establish agreements with 10 Creators in UK and DE.
  • Draft a "State of Creators" document reflecting EU creator sentiment and expectations by the end of the year.
  • Assist in FTVC go-to-market strategy for UK and DE.
  • Manage tracking mechanisms with UK and DE CAPE BDs.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional field or military service.
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Experience in developing strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in negotiating complex legal agreements.
  • Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations.
