Job summary

Quickline Communications in the UK is seeking a FTTP Build Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will support fibre build teams with permit administration and project coordination to keep programmes running smoothly.

You will monitor permits, report workload to the management and coordination teams, and help drive efficiency and quality across field activities. Prior experience in telecommunications and familiar with permit systems is desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of permit systems and processes is desirable.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Experience with Street Manager or similar system.
• Understanding of the Openreach CP portal and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support operational delivery of fibre build activities and assist permit administration.
• Monitor and update permits to maintain compliance.
• Report daily workload to Manager, supervisor and coordination team; flag challenges and suggest solutions.
• Contribute to team performance and drive improvements.
• Focus on quality and delivering industry-leading standards.
