Job summary

Comex 2000 Uk Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a FTTH/Fibre background to lead safe, efficient telecoms project delivery. You will oversee field operations, manage KPIs, coordinate resources, and ensure work meets client requirements and SSHEQ standards.

Key duties include leading fibre delivery teams, supervising subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, maintaining programme delivery, and ensuring accurate reporting and evidence capture while building strong client

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience within telecoms
• Strong knowledge of fibre installation, testing, splicing, and network delivery
• Experience managing field teams and subcontractors
• Understanding of KPI-driven operational performance
• Knowledge of SSHEQ, NRSWA, and PIA requirements
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate FTTH field delivery teams
• Manage operational performance, productivity, and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with SSHEQ, NRSWA, and client standards
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme delivery
