Job summary

Comex2000uk is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a FTTH/Fibre background to lead safe, efficient delivery of telecoms projects in Greater London. You will oversee field operations, manage KPIs, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment with client requirements and SSHEQ standards.

The role requires leadership, strong fibre installation knowledge, and proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors while maintaining high quality and on-time reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Full UK Driving Licence.
• PIA Accreditation SA002 and/or S7/S8 required.
• NRSWA Certification required.
• First Aid qualification desirable.
• Health & Safety qualification required or preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience within telecoms
  
• Strong knowledge of fibre installation, testing, splicing, and network delivery
  
• Experience managing field teams and subcontractors
  
• Understanding of KPI-driven operational performance
  
• Knowledge of SSHEQ, NRSWA, and PIA requirements
  
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
