Job summary

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a FTTH/fibre background to lead safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of telecommunications projects in London and surrounding areas.

You will oversee daily field operations, manage performance against KPIs, coordinate resources, and ensure works align with client requirements, SSHEQ standards, and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• PIA Accreditation (SA002 and/or S7/S8) is required.
• NRSWA Certification is required.
• First Aid Qualification is required.
• Health & Safety Qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate FTTH field delivery teams.
• Manage operational performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SSHEQ, NRSWA, and client standards.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and field resources.
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure accurate reporting, audits, as-builts, and evidence capture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience within telecoms
  
• Strong knowledge of fibre installation, testing, splicing, and network delivery
  
• Experience managing field teams and subcontractors
  
• Understanding of KPI-driven operational performance
  
• Knowledge of SSHEQ, NRSWA, and PIA requirements
  
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
