Job summary

Comex-2000 is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a FTTH/fibre background to lead safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of telecommunications projects in Wolverhampton. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate resources, and ensure works meet client requirements and contractual commitments.

You will lead FTTH field delivery teams, manage performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecoms delivery and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of fibre installation, testing, splicing, and network delivery.
• Experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
• KPIs-driven operational performance.
• SSHEQ, NRSWA, and PIA requirements knowledge.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
