Job summary

The Trust Education is recruiting on behalf of a supportive primary school in the Barnsley area for a dedicated FS2 Teacher. You will deliver engaging FS2 lessons, plan, assess and adapt teaching to support pupil progress, while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Role requires QTS and FS2 experience; you will collaborate with teaching assistants, staff and parents, contributing to the wider school community. DBS check is required; competitive rates apply.

Qualifications

Trust Education is recruiting on behalf of a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in the Barnsley area for a dedicated and enthusiastic FS2 Teacher.

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in an FS2 class
• Planning, preparing, and assessing learning in line with the primary curriculum
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with teaching assistants, staff, and parents to support pupil progress
• Providing high-quality teaching that supports pupils of all abilities and learning needs
• Contributing positively to the wider school community during the placement

Ideal Candidate

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within FS2
• Be passionate about inspiring and supporting childrens learning and development
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Have a proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
• Be adaptable and confident teaching across different year groups if required
