Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Manager for the FS Consulting Regulatory Compliance team. You will lead client projects across conduct regulation, regulatory reporting and assurance, acting as the main client contact and guiding junior staff.

Responsibilities include project lifecycle management, client communications, and delivering practical regulatory solutions, often on a hybrid basis across client sites, office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in regulatory/compliance within a professional services firm
• Knowledge of the FCA, PRA or Financial Ombudsman Service
• Experience with remediation programmes and consumer duty/operational resilience
• Experience in first-line activities such as product design or customer journey improvements
• Strong report writing and communication abilities
• Experience communicating with external clients or stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client assignments from start to finish
• Oversee project planning, fieldwork, and delivery of reports
• Serve as main client point of contact and coordinate with senior team members
• Train and develop junior staff
• Deliver regulatory advisory, health checks, or regulatory reporting engagements
• Assist in business development, client proposals, and service offerings
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely delivery within budget
