Job summary

Forvis Mazars UK is looking for a qualified finance professional to lead across our UK financial services outsourcing engagements, covering management accounting, statutory reporting and advisory work for asset management, banking and insurance clients.

You will mentor junior team members from our London office, manage deadlines and engagement economics, and build strong client relationships as part of a collaborative and inclusive team that supports your growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Interest in financial services; experience preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, management accounting and client relationship management.
• Ability to manage projects, deadlines and engagement economics.
• Capable of delivering work with juniors and senior review.
• Strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK FS outsourcing engagements across accounting and advisory work.
• Deliver high-quality work and profitable outcomes through best practices and Firm policies.
• Collaborate with junior staff in London for delegation and development.
• Ensure regular client communication and alignment with client objectives.
