Job summary

Forvis Mazars in London seeks a Regulatory Compliance professional to advise regulated financial services clients, perform gap analyses, and deliver health checks and internal audit expertise. You will prepare clear reports, present findings to clients, and support regulatory reporting initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Insurance Risk Consulting and wider Financial Services teams, delivering quality work on time while staying informed on FCA and PRA developments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a professional services firm with regulatory/compliance focus or in FCA/PRA regulated environments.
• Knowledge of FCA and PRA regulation (e.g., SYSC, COBS, CONC, ICOBS, DISP, PERG and SUP) and PRA solvency frameworks.
• Ability to create high quality presentations or written reports communicating findings to clients.
• Experience in communicating with external clients or stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting regulatory research, investigations, and analysis to inform recommendations.
• Experience in leading client meetings/workshops and documenting outcomes.
• Professional qualifications such as Chartered Institute or ICA certificates/diplomas are beneficial.
• Strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliance engagements and provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to clients.
• Write compliant reports and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Engage with clients through meetings, workshops and proposals.
• Keep abreast of FCA/PRA regulatory developments and assist in project planning.
• Support business development activities and contribute to thought leadership.
