Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Manager to deliver client projects within the FS Consulting regulatory compliance practice. You will oversee regulatory change initiatives, provide compliance guidance, and manage client relationships across engagements, sometimes on client sites, remotely, or in hybrid settings.

The role requires strong regulatory expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to train junior staff.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications beneficial, e.g. CII or ICA Certificate/Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA or Financial Ombudsman Service.
• Experience with remediation programmes and Consumer Duty/regulatory programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client assignments across the project lifecycle.
• Serve as main client contact with senior input as needed.
• Draft reports and present findings to clients.
• Train, support and develop junior team members.
• Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
