Job summary

Mansfield Fruit Farms Ltd in Canterbury is seeking a hands-on team member to ensure all instructions from Quality Assurance or Line Managers are followed, and to reduce wastage by keeping fruit within customer specifications.

You will report problems to the Line Leader/Quality Assurance and ensure compliance with customer and third-party standards such as BRC, along with adherence to the FWM Health & Safety Policy. Additional duties may be assigned by Line Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all instructions given by Quality Assurance or Line Managers are followed.
• Reduce wastage ensuring fruit is within customer specification.
• Report any problems immediately to Line Leader/Quality Assurance.
• Ensuring that all work activities comply with customer and the third party standards the company is seeking to maintain, e.g. BRC
• Comply with FWM H&S Policy
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by Line Management.
