The Range in Belfast is seeking a dedicated Frozen Food Assistant (Full Time) to join our fast-paced store team. You’ll be the face of The Range, delivering friendly service, helping customers find products, and supporting other areas as required.

You’ll need a passion for customer service, a flexible approach, and previous experience with frozen foods is preferred. The role involves till duties, stock replenishment, and ensuring product temperatures and presentation meet our standards.

• Ensure stock is available across all ranges.

• Adhere to, and correctly implement shop floor processes, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to, and correctly implement reduced and waste processes.
• High standards of housekeeping across the department.

Frozen Food Assistant - Full Time

As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are looking to appoint a fulltime Frozen Food Assistant. In this role you will be the face of The Range delivering great service and promoting The Range as a unique one-stop shopping experience.

What are we looking for? To be successful in this role you will love working in a fast-paced retail environment and must be willing to give the very best customer service experience to our customers. The emphasis will be on service. This is not just a standing filling shelves type of job. If you have the personality that our customers will appreciate, and if you enjoy an environment where you can really engage with the customer, then this could be the role for you. Your day will be varied, from delivering service with a smile at the till to engaging with customers to help them find their ideal products. You will need to have to have a flexible approach as there will be times when you will be supporting other areas of the Store to meet the business needs. Previous experience working with frozen food is preferred.
