Job summary

Thames Water is hiring a Process Technician for our Staines (PS) site. You will perform planned maintenance on plant and equipment and respond to faults to keep our pumping stations and reservoirs operating safely and reliably.

The role requires a UK driving licence and a commitment to safety, with a 38-hour week, standard hours, and potential standby/OT opportunities. We welcome candidates from outside the sector to bring fresh perspectives.

• Ownership of faults: respond quickly and identify the best fix first time.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience.
• Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to ensure on-site operational and health and safety standards are maintained.
• Attending reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
• Keeping sites clean and tidy and undertaking safety and security checks.
• Carrying out daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.
