Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Process Technician for its Greenwich Storm SPS site. You will perform front-line maintenance across multiple sites, with duties ranging from planned maintenance to reactive repairs, in all weather conditions, to ensure the sewage treatment works operate reliably and protect the environment.

Qualifications

• No prior water or waste sector experience required.
• Willingness to work outdoors and across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment to comply with standards and procedures.
• Operate and clean plant and equipment to maintain on-site operational and health and safety standards.
• Attend to reactive maintenance following plant/equipment failure.
• Keep sites clean and tidy and perform safety and security checks.
• Carry out daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.
