You will oversee daily warehouse operations, monitor KPIs like pick accuracy and on-time despatch, drive lean improvements, and ensure health and safety compliance while developing talent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse management or team leadership.
• Experience in automotive parts distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, inventory control, and despatch.
• Oversee Supervisors in organising workloads and managing teams to meet daily targets.
• Track and report on operational KPIs, such as pick accuracy, productivity, and on-time despatch rates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and health and safety regulations are enforced.
