Job summary

Alongside in Gloucestershire seeks an Assertive Outreach Worker to support people experiencing rough sleeping and help them access safer, more stable futures. You’ll work in the community, build trust through outreach sessions and visits to agencies frequently used by rough sleepers.

You will maintain accurate client records, deliver person-centred services with a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, and collaborate across agencies to safeguard clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Identify and build relationships with people who are rough sleeping in Gloucestershire, using outreach sessions and regular visits to agencies/venues visited by individuals who are rough sleeping.
• Maintain client records, so they are accurate and fully updated at all times.
• Ensure all clients are provided with high-quality person-centred services which takes a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
• Work collaboratively taking a multi-agency approach to safeguard clients.
