Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Multi-Trade Supervisor to lead on-site reactive repairs and manage a team of operatives in Exmouth. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager to maintain high-quality service and ensure safe work practices.

The role emphasises leading by example, practical trade skills, and a strong safety culture, with a comprehensive benefits package and a stable, long-term workload.

Qualifications

• Qualified to a minimum NVQ 2 level or equivalent in a core trade would be beneficial.
• SSSTS qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on site, carrying out reactive maintenance repairs, while overseeing your team of operatives.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
• Perform health and safety reporting and on-site welfare checks, PPE, van, and tool inspections.
