• Experience in customer service, administration or frontline environment.
• Strong IT and administrative skills with accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality frontline customer service to tenants, prospective tenants and colleagues.
• Deal with enquiries relating to housing, allocations, repairs, rent and housing management.
• Provide reception and switchboard cover with a professional and welcoming service.
• Log and record customer enquiries and maintain information on internal systems.
• Receive and process repair requests and administer job variations where required.
• Support housing enquiries, waiting lists, and routine correspondence.
• Process rent counter payments and assist with batch reconciliations.
