Base pay range

Role Summary

We are looking to appoint a hands-on and seasoned senior frontend developer to play a major part in the design, implementation, support, and innovation of its next-generation Marketplace product. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial development team, working in a fast-paced and business-aligned environment.

The role will encompass the entire software delivery lifecycle. We seek candidates with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills, as there will be significant interaction with internal business teams and product owners.

Once For All aims to innovate and build top-tier technology solutions within its markets. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic candidates eager to work across the stack in an agile environment, utilizing the latest technologies and practices.

Note: This is a 6-month contract role with a daily rate of £450 to £500.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with proven experience in requirements gathering and translating requirements into technical deliverables.
• Outstanding skills in React, Redux/MobX, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Figma.
• Experience working with UX/visual designers and implementing design specifications using our tech stack.
• Experience with automated web UI testing frameworks.
• At least 10 years of commercial experience, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, API design, and tooling like Swagger.
• Experience with Redis, SignalR, C#, and ASP.Net MVC (using .NET Core).
• Experience with high-scalability projects involving cloud infrastructure, preferably MS Azure.
• Experience with Microservices and message bus technologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools, Git, Build Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
