Randstad Technologies Recruitment in London seeks a Reconciliations Strategy Lead on a 3-month contract to rebuild the front-to-back reconciliations function for a Tier-1 Global Bank.

This is a strategic, architectural role to define the blueprint for a massively scaled banking capability, combining business and technology design, data flows, and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Extensive strategic leadership experience in banking or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, banking operations, and trade lifecycles.
• Expertise in reconciliations systems and data architecture.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across external and client teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead elements of the transformation programme and set strategic direction.
• Design and scale the target operating model for F2B reconciliations.
• Define architecture and technology strategy to modernize systems.
• Map and optimize high-volume data flows across middle and back-office.
