Job summary

SEFE Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of Front Office Trading Analytics capabilities, working closely with traders, senior Front Office stakeholders and other Trading IT verticals to translate commercial priorities into clear plans and successful outcomes.

This is a permanent role for an exceptional communicator who can solve problems, remove obstacles and maintain momentum in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery plans and clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Delivery leadership: Lead day-to-day delivery of Front Office Trading Analytics capabilities.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build trusted relationships with traders and senior Front Office stakeholders.
• Planning and prioritisation: Translate strategy into coordinated delivery plans with scope and sequencing.
• Execution and delivery: Manage full lifecycle of change from initiation to operational readiness.
• Resource and budget management: Plan and manage resources and budgets across the portfolio.
• Technology and AI Enablement: Support adoption of AI-enabled SDLC practices.
