Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join its Front Office technology team, supporting eTrading and electronic markets platforms in a hybrid role in Bromley.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end technology projects in Front Office / Markets, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders, guiding delivery in a fast-paced, regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects in Front Office / Markets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Front Office, Trading, Quant teams.
• Agile delivery experience in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within Front Office / Markets.
• Manage project plans, priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Work closely with Front Office, Trading, Quant, Technology and Business stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple technology teams and ensure delivery remains on track.
• Provide clear communication on progress, risks and key decisions.
• Drive issue resolution and remove delivery blockers.
• Support delivery within a fast-paced, regulated banking environment.

Project Manager / Delivery Lead – Front Office Technology

Location: Bromley, UK

Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site

Full-Time role with Ascendion

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join a Front Office technology team supporting eTrading and electronic markets platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering technology projects within eTrading, pricing, algorithmic trading or Front Office environments, and will be comfortable working closely with technology and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within Front Office / Markets
• Manage project plans, priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
• Work closely with Front Office, Trading, Quant, Technology and Business stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple technology teams and ensure delivery remains on track
