Novotel in the United Kingdom is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide our front office colleagues across our multi-hotel site, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations. You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and promote Accor values to drive customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with other departments, you will uphold high service standards and support KPI targets while benefiting from Accor Academy training and development opportunities within 5,000 Accor hotels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a front office or reception role within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the front office team.
• Oversee daily front office operations and check-in/out processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Train and mentor front office staff.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage shift schedules and allocate tasks.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and timely.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations.
• Assist in managing the department's KPI's and achieving financial targets.
