Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Operational Risk Framework for RBC BD Front Office at risk and process levels.
• Assist in developing process and control enhancements for smarter outcomes.
• Support product owner for CFT Fees, including Fee Anomalies and Fee Instruction Tool (FIT).
• Oversee Fee-related tools (Fee bots, comparison tools) and regulatory risk mapping.
• Prepare management information and metrics data for leadership review.
• Deliver training for Client Facing Teams across multiple locations.
• Support attestation processes and regular risk reporting.
• Review controls framework and assist auditors with evidence gathering.
• Support Compliance Monitoring, Financial Crime, data privacy and conflicts of interest matters.
