Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Front Office Tribe Lead to define and lead the strategic vision, product strategy and long-term roadmap for the Front Office ecosystem, enabling colleagues to serve clients more effectively and efficiently.

You will own the product portfolio across the tribe, drive AI enablement, operational efficiency and transformational change, and build partnerships with executives to secure investment and commitment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for large-scale digital platforms or colleague-facing ecosystems.
• Strong track record influencing senior executives and building consensus across complex stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
• Experience creating business cases, strategic narratives and investment propositions that secure organizational commitment and funding.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale change involving multiple products, teams and technology platforms, with significant dependency management and stakeholder complexity.
• Strong commercial and outcome orientation, with a history of translating strategic ambition into measurable business value.
• Familiarity with Private Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services or other highly regulated industries where balancing innovation, risk and control is critical.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end local Platform strategy design and execution.
• Drive platform development and regulatory risk management.
• Define KPIs and monitor platform performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Delivery.
• Align stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship.
• Coach teams to improve delivery quality.
• Represent function to regulators and senior leaders.
