Job summary

Baringa is recruiting a Senior Consultant/Manager for its Platforms (Front Office Transformation) practice in London. You will help clients shape and deliver transformation across CRM, AI, and data-driven customer experiences using Salesforce, ServiceNow and Braze.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, define roadmaps, governance, and business cases while ensuring value delivery for senior stakeholders and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Diverse Front Office understanding including design, implementation and platform expertise.
• Deep experience in design across business, technology and data capabilities.
• Functional leads with understanding of Salesforce underpinning modernisation.
• Curiosity and creativity in how platform technologies and AI add value.

Responsibilities

• Shape Front Office transformation strategies by translating needs into CRM/AI/Sales/Service/Marketing plans.
• Design future customer and colleague experiences through journeys, operating models and roadmaps.
• Define and mobilise transformation programmes including governance, business cases and procurement.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across CX, CRM, service ops, AI, data and ecosystem partners to deliver outcomes.
• Unlock value of customer data, AI and automation using Salesforce Data Cloud, ServiceNow and related tech.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders ensuring customer, colleague and commercial outcomes.
