Job summary

Innside by Melia Liverpool is seeking an Office Manager to oversee Front Office, Front of House and Reservations, ensuring brand standards are met and a cohesive guest experience across departments.

You will train and coach associates, manage payroll costs, and work closely with Revenue to maximize occupancy and room rates, delivering the INNSiDE lifestyle experience that defines our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a branded hotel environment.
• Proven record of meeting KPIs and improving quality results.
• Experience with a property management system; Opera is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide continual training and development for employees in Front Office and Reservations.
• Develop strong cross-department relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Maximize sales opportunities by enhancing the customer journey and upselling.
• Ensure staffing levels are managed within budgeted guidelines and forecasted to occupancy.
• Maintain a pool of staff to cover contingencies on a rota basis.
• Ensure Front Office goals meet budgeted targets.
• Collaborate with Revenue to optimize room sales and occupancy.
• Oversee billing and revenue control to maximize profitability.
• Monitor and allocate labor costs in line with forecasted business levels.
