Job summary

HCLTech is a global technology company delivering digital, engineering and cloud services. We seek a hands‑on Software Engineer to build high‑quality UI components, backend services, and data‑driven features for our FIC sales organization.

You will work across core components, contributing to a platform evolving with AI capabilities, while delivering robust software in a front‑office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with OO/FP programming and XP/agile practices.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin and building modern web apps with Typescript and React.
• Experience with data-driven or analytical systems; familiarity with CI/CD and observability.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineer: build high-performance, scalable software components and solve complex problems.
• Service-led architecture: design and implement distributed, service-oriented architectures using Java or Kotlin.
• Modern UI development: create intuitive, responsive interfaces using React for sales workflows.
• Feature development: add data-driven features to enhance client interaction.
• Platform integration and evolution: integrate with existing systems and contribute to a cohesive sales tech platform.
• Cross-team collaboration: work with sales, product, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver.
