Accor's Fairview Hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne invites applications for a Front Office Multi Skilled Team Member. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and provide local information to ensure a smooth stay.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and other departments, handle payments, and respond to queries and complaints. Eligibility to work in the UK is required; training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell and provide information on local attractions.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests at arrival and handle check-in/check-out.
• Operate the hotel's reception computer system and issue keys.
• Record guest arrivals/departures and coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and management.
