Job summary

The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking a friendly Front Office team member to deliver outstanding guest experiences and help ensure memorable stays in the heart of the city.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle enquiries promptly, coordinate with other departments and promote hotel services to enhance each stay. We value a warm personality, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
