This is a great job for someone who has demonstrable experience as an analyst/programmer within the asset management (buy-side) industry.
This role is for a front office-facing analyst/full-stack analyst-programmer. Candidates must be self-reliant, resourceful, and possess initiative and drive. They should work well within a close team but also operate independently when required. The ideal candidate should be open to sharing and discussing ideas and fresh perspectives. They need to be 'bilingual,' speaking the language of both technology and business, with the necessary IT and business skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with both environments. All documentation produced must be clear, consistent, complete, and of a high standard, free of ambiguity. Projects often start from scratch, so strong analytical and design skills are crucial.
