The Transportation Team is looking for a passionate software programmer analyst who will be responsible for working with business and operations teams to gather ship carrier requirements and collaborate with transportation technology teams to integrate new carriers and ship methods into the network. As part of the integration, you will design, develop, and maintain transportation documents such as shipping labels, carrier electronic manifests, and invoices. You will also work alongside development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects to update and enhance our current software, automate manual configuration processes, and document our systems.
Your solutions will directly impact our customers. This role requires you to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work independently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. You should proactively identify potential problems and implement solutions to prevent outages, prioritize projects effectively, and continuously improve the customer experience.
