Front of House Team Member / Receptionist
Nuffield Health Cambridge FWC | Front Of House | Permanent | Part time
£25,480 per annum (pro rata)

36 hours per week

As a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist at our Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you’ll need excellent communication, IT, and keyboard skills. You should be able to explain sensitive or complicated information clearly, sympathetically, and understandably. Experience in healthcare administration or reception is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping visitors feel comfortable and welcomed
• Building positive relationships through empathy and customer service
• Answering calls, handling inquiries, and booking appointments
• Welcoming patients and guiding them to appropriate areas
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Preparing clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions
• Working flexible hours, including weekends, early, and late shifts
