Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is preparing to launch The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere and seeks enthusiastic Front of House team members to join from day one. With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food-led operation in the heart of Grasmere, offering guests a warm, memorable hospitality experience.

You’ll be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences, creating a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to our standards of heartfelt hospitality

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome as the first smiling face on the front line.
• Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Serve dishes from the kitchen and recommend drinks from our selection to guests.
