The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere, part of The Inn Collection Group, is opening soon and hiring Front of House team members. You’ll be the welcoming face, greeting guests, taking orders, and helping deliver memorable hospitality in a vibrant, food-led setting with 55 bedrooms and multiple covers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to create welcoming experiences.
• Positive attitude and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a warm, friendly manner.
• Serve dishes from the kitchen and recommend drinks from the selection.
• Contribute to a lively, enjoyable atmosphere on the front line through teamwork.

With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food-led operation with ambitious plans, located in the heart of Grasmere.
