WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?

You’ll be part of a team providing extensive food and drink service across the restaurant. Your role involves looking after guests from entry to farewell.

• Providing excellent and attentive hospitality.
• Maintaining high standards of food & beverage knowledge.
• Following opening and closing procedures and completing pre-service mise en place efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene procedures.

WHAT DO I NEED?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience as a waiter, preferably in a destination restaurant or well-known quality chain.
• A customer service-focused mindset with a passion for high-quality service.
