Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Engage confidently with customers and assist with product recommendations.
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere within the store.
• Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional Steamhouse experience.
• Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards.
• Ensure all food and drinks are presented to the highest quality standards.
• Support food preparation to ensure readiness for service.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently.
• Deliver food and drink orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during busy periods.
• Support smooth service throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
• Follow food storage and stock rotation procedures.
• Keep front and back of house areas organised and presentable.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of the business.
• Support Supervisors and Managers with daily operations.
• Assist with stock handling, preparation, and organisation.
• Be flexible and willing to support different areas when required.
