German Doner Kebab is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Front of House Team Members at our High Wycombe location. As part of one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and food quality, ensuring our guests leave with a memorable experience.

Role Overview

Support and work collaboratively within a team to uphold brand standards, deliver excellent guest care, and ensure every guest's satisfaction. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and encouraging guests to return.

Responsibilities

1. Prioritize guest satisfaction in all interactions.
2. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
3. Assist guests with menu selections and upselling opportunities.
4. Process orders accurately through the POS system.
5. Prepare and pack food and beverages, ensuring appealing presentation.
6. Promote additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
7. Handle sales transactions, provide receipts, and deliver food promptly.
8. Greet guests warmly and handle inquiries via phone or in person.
9. Assemble and package orders according to brand standards.
10. Keep guest areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
11. Ensure all orders are complete and ready for guest receipt.
12. Adhere to brand standards and deliver exceptional service.
