Job summary

Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) is seeking Front of House Team Members for its Bridgend Restaurant Hub in Wales. You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering a superb dining experience across beloved BRG brands within one hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Great customer service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and seat guests warmly as they arrive.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Take Orders: Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions with a positive attitude.


• Serve with a Smile: Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring everything is perfect for the guest.


• Customer Care: Handle any special requests or concerns with professionalism and a can-do spirit.


• Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy and organised front-of-house area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure seamless service from start to finish.
