The Bridgend Hub of The Restaurant Hub, part of Boparan Restaurant Group, is seeking friendly Front of House Team Members to welcome guests, take orders and deliver great service. You’ll be part of a vibrant, multi-brand venue located near the M4, with opportunities to grow within BRG’s hospitality group.

• Greet and Seat: Welcome every guest with a smile, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
• Take Orders: Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions with a positive attitude.
• Serve with a Smile: Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring everything is perfect for the guest.
• Customer Care: Handle any special requests or concerns with professionalism and a can-do spirit.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy and organised front-of-house area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure seamless service from start to finish.
