Stonegate Group in Cardiff is seeking a Front of House Team Leader at Pen & Wig to lead, motivate and support the wider team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will work with the management team to maintain smooth operations, foster a warm, welcoming environment, and ensure guests feel valued from arrival to farewell. 18+ to sell alcohol; full-time role in a busy hospitality setting.

Located near Cardiff Crown Court, and so named due to the large number of legal practices in the area, The Pen & Wig is a haven in the middle of the city.
